The role entails planning, coordinating and overseeing offshore construction, load-out, transportation, installation, hook-up and commissioning support across topsides and bridge structures. The candidate will provide technical leadership, interface management and construction engineering support through all project phases, ensuring safety,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Structural, Civil or Marine Engineering or related discipline.
• Master's Degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore construction and installation engineering for topsides, bridges, modules and related structures.
• Review installation methodologies, lifting plans, rigging studies, transport analyses, and offshore execution procedures.
• Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, marine and commissioning teams to support project objectives.
• Monitor offshore installation progress and provide technical guidance to site teams.
• Review drawings, lift analyses and installation docs; participate in constructability reviews and HAZID/HAZOP/SIMOPS.
