Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Specialist Static and Package Equipment Engineer for an offshore project in Abu Dhabi.

The role requires high‑level expertise in static equipment, package systems, and offshore design standards, with a focus on ADNOC Offshore standards and major oil & gas developments. The candidate will lead engineering, review vendor documents, and coordinate across disciplines to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence during design, fabrication, testing, and installation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required; Masters is a plus.
Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects, with 5+ years in Specialist/Lead roles.
Strong knowledge of offshore design codes and package equipment engineering.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering design of static equipment (Vessels, Columns, Exchangers, Tanks).
Review and approve package equipment deliverables and vendor documentation.
Coordinate with procurement, fabrication yards, and site teams during construction and commissioning.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC Offshore Standards, API, ASME, and ISO requirements.
Support project management through FATs, ITPs, and Q&A processes.
