Job summary

SGS is seeking an experienced QC Inspector for on-site oil and gas construction projects in the United Arab Emirates. You will organize and execute inspections, verify conformity with the Inspection Test Plan, and ensure documentation accuracy for quality records offshore.

Offshore work experience is mandatory and CSWIP/AWS/BGAS/NACE certifications are required. You will inspect power transformers and related equipment, maintain QC surveillance, and coordinate with site personnel to ensure

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas construction sector.
• Must have offshore EPC construction experience.
• Familiar with QC surveillance activities offshore projects.
• Offshore/island experience mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Organize and execute inspection jobs with professionalism.
• Execute inspections on materials, equipment and construction activities on site.
• Issue quality records and non-conformances to QC Supervisor when needed.
• Verify conformity with the Quality Control Plan and manage documents related to tests, controls and inspections.
• Ensure the correct implementation of the approved Inspection Test Plan.
