Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced PMC Engineering Manager to lead the PMC Engineering group during the Engineering and Procurement phases of the project. You will oversee day-to-day work allocation, ensure competency, and provide technical leadership across piping, mechanical, structural, and E&I disciplines.

With 15+ years in oil and gas, including offshore, FEED/EPC, GCC exposure, and ADNOC familiarity, you will coordinate interfaces, drive safety, and deliver value through strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 15+ years in oil & gas.
• 5+ years GCC experience.
• FEED & EPC experience.
• PMC roles experience.
• Gas processing / midstream experience.
• Offshore project experience.
• ADNOC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PMC Engineering group and contractor during EPC/PMC phases.
• Ensure PMC personnel are competent for their roles.
• Provide leadership in engineering processes, procedures and systems.
• Resource the Engineering group with correct disciplines and size to meet contract requirements.
• Provide independent project management consultancy and technical advice.
• Coordinate design reviews for constructability, operability and maintainability.
• Coordinate vendor document processing and technical reviews.
• Obtain Owner approval for engineering design as required.
• Manage interfaces between Piping, Mechanical, Structural and E&I with other disciplines.
• Participate in key reviews and meetings with customers.
