Job summary

Worley is seeking a Lead Pipeline Engineer to head offshore pipeline engineering activities for ADNOC Offshore projects under the PMC model. You will oversee design reviews, ensure compliance with ADNOC and international standards, and coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Structural, and HSE teams through all project phases from concept to start-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline; 15+ years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical.
• ADNOC Offshore PMC experience required.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary offshore pipeline teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead pipeline engineering activities for offshore oil & gas developments.
• Review and approve pipeline design basis, routing studies, and hydraulic analyses.
• Coordinate interfaces across Process, Mechanical, Structural, and other disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and international codes (DNV, API, ISO, ASME).
• Mentor junior engineers and support procurement, fabrication, and installation.
