Job summary

Worley is seeking a Specialist Pipeline Engineer to lead offshore pipeline activities for ADNOC Offshore projects. You will oversee engineering teams, ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and international codes, and manage design reviews through EPC and commissioning phases.

The role requires extensive FEED/EPC exposure, subsea flowlines, risers, and collaboration across Process, Mechanical, and HSE disciplines. A senior-level Engineer with PMC experience is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years of oil & gas or petrochemical experience.
• At least 5 years in a similar role on mega offshore projects.
• ADNOC Offshore PMC experience is required.
• Experience in FEED and EPC phases, offshore pipeline engineering, and subsea systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead pipeline engineering activities for offshore oil & gas developments.
• Review and approve pipeline design basis, routing, and hydraulic analysis.
• Coordinate interfaces with multiple disciplines and participate in HAZID/HAZOP.
• Support procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Mentor junior engineers and monitor progress against schedule.
