Job summary

Penspen is seeking a Senior Interface Engineer - Offshore to manage technical and operational interfaces across offshore construction teams, contractors, engineering disciplines, vendors, and stakeholders. The role emphasizes coordination, risk management, and adherence to specifications.

The ideal candidate has extensive offshore experience, strong knowledge of offshore processes, and familiarity with international standards. ADNOC PMC/EPC project exposure is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 15+ years in Oil & Gas Construction with at least 5 years in a lead role.
• Minimum 5+ years offshore experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of offshore process and utility systems.
• Familiarity with international standards.
• PMC and EPC Offshore projects experience preferred.
• ADNOC project experience would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interfaces across engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Identify, track, and resolve interface issues at the offshore site.
• Maintain interface registers, action logs, and progress reports.
• Facilitate coordination meetings with contractors and project teams.
• Ensure work complies with project specifications, schedules, and HSE requirements.
• Escalate interface risks and support timely technical decisions.
