Job summary

Penspen is seeking a Senior Administrative Officer (Offshore) for our Offshore PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on robust administration, document control, and coordination of offshore mobilization, while ensuring compliance with HSE requirements and company procedures.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in project planning and cost control within oil and gas, including offshore projects, with 5+ years offshore experience. PMC exposure and ADNOC project background are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in project planning and cost control within oil and gas, offshore exposure.
• 5+ years in offshore projects is mandatory.
• PMC experience preferred.
• ADNOC project experience would be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain personnel, attendance, rotation, and timesheet records.
• Coordinate crew changes, travel, accommodation, and offshore mobilization.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, meeting minutes, and administrative documents.
• Manage filing systems, permits, certifications, and document control.
• Support procurement, logistics, inventory, and office requirements.
• Coordinate with onshore teams, contractors, and offshore management.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, confidentiality, and HSE requirements.
