Penspen is urgently looking to hire for Sr. Commissioning Engineer (HVAC) - Offshore, WHTs, Subsea & Piping, BFs for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi.

Penspen is seeking a Sr. Commissioning Engineer (HVAC) with 15+ years of experience, including at least 5 years offshore. A Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering is required; PMC/EPC background and ADNOC Offshore exposure are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• 15+ years of experience in HVAC commissioning, with offshore exposure preferred.
• PMC/EPC background and ADNOC Offshore experience advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Execute HVAC commissioning activities for offshore facilities (platforms, WHTs, subsea & piping).
• Ensure HVAC systems are installed, tested, commissioned and handed over per project specs and standards.
• Develop HVAC commissioning execution plans, procedures, method statements and schedules.
• Review engineering deliverables, P&IDs, layouts and control philosophies.
• Coordinate commissioning with construction, electrical, I&C and operations teams.
• Promote safe commissioning practices during offshore campaigns and resolve technical issues.
