Job summary

Penspen is urgently looking to hire a Supervisor Commissioning (Mechanical) for offshore projects in Abu Dhabi. You will supervise mechanical pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup activities and handover, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery.

The role requires 10+ years in offshore commissioning, with experience in Wellhead Towers, jackets, topsides and brownfield facilities. PMC/EPC background and ADNOC Offshore exposure are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years offshore.
• Proven experience in mechanical commissioning and startup activities offshore.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical commissioning activities for offshore oil & gas projects (WHTs, platforms, subsea pipeline, brownfield work).
• Ensure safe execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning, equipment startup, testing and handover per procedures and HSE requirements.
• Serve as field execution focal point for rotating/static equipment and mechanical packages, ensuring readiness for startup.
