Al Sahraa Group seeks an experienced Diving Superintendent for offshore project leadership. You will oversee vessel operations, diving teams, and equipment for ADNOC Offshore projects, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include liaison with ADNOC Offshore and Maridive, maintaining logs and progress, and driving cost-efficient practices while upholding safety standards. Fluency in English and extensive DP diving supervision are essential.

Formación

• IMCA Air Diving Supervisor Certificate.
• IMCA CPD certificate (Continual Professional Development).
• DP Basic Training certificate.
• 20 years offshore diving experience.
• 10 years in a supervisory role.
• 5 years as Diving Superintendent or OCM.
• 10 logged projects as Supervisor on DP vessels.
• Diving Supervisors logbook current for previous 5 years.
• Record of Competence per IMCA C 003/D013.
• OSHA/NEBOSH/NSC or SAPO safety training.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee offshore diving operations and equipment utilization to meet project schedules and ADNOC Offshore expectations.
• Represent ADNOC Offshore Integrity Team and coordinate with contractors for accountability on equipment and manpower.
• Ensure work continuity by monitoring offshore operations and addressing delays or disruptions promptly.
• Maintain accurate dive logs, safety records, and progress reports per ADNOC standards.
• Coordinate between ADNOC Offshore, ADNOC L&S, and Maridive to ensure clear communication.
• Monitor adherence to ADNOC HSE protocols and ensure safe diving practices.
• Provide regular performance reports on vessel utilization, crew efficiency, and risks.
• Manage diving personnel rotations and timely crew changes.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising safety or quality.
• Lead incident response and reporting for offshore diving incidents.
