Job summary

Al Sahraa Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the night shift to supervise offshore operations and lifting activities. The role requires strong leadership and a solid background in offshore environments.

The candidate should hold a Secondary School Certificate with relevant experience, be fluent in English, and be willing to work a 60/30 night rotation while ensuring safety and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Graduation or Secondary School Certificate with relevant experience.
• Supervisory experience in Offshore Operations, Logistics, Oil & Gas, or related field.
• HSE Qualification (IOSH or above).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English.
• PC Literate and familiar with Quality Management Systems.
• Willing to work night shifts on a rotational offshore basis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise offshore operations and lifting activities during the night shift.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE and safety procedures.
• Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and operations teams.
• Monitor workforce performance and operational efficiency.
• Report incidents, near misses, and operational updates.
• Ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.
