Job summary

Al Sahraa Group is seeking an Offshore Supervisor in the Abu Dhabi area. The role involves supervising night-shift offshore operations and lifting activities, ensuring adherence to QHSE procedures, and leading safety talks.

The position requires supervisory experience in offshore operations, strong leadership and English fluency, and willingness to work rotational night shifts offshore. Candidates should have a relevant education and be PC literate with familiarity with quality management

Qualifications

• Graduation or Secondary School Certificate with relevant experience.
• Supervisory experience in offshore operations, logistics, oil & gas, or related field.
• HSE qualification (IOSH or above).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English.
• PC literacy and familiarity with Quality Management Systems.
• Willing to work night shifts on a rotational offshore basis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise offshore operations and lifting activities during the night shift.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE and safety procedures.
• Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and operations teams.
• Monitor workforce performance and operational efficiency.
• Report incidents, near misses, and operational updates.
• Ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.
