Job summary

Penspen is urgently seeking a Manager - Construction (Onshore Island works) in Abu Dhabi to lead the onshore construction for an offshore PMC project. The role requires 20+ years in construction with 5–8+ years in offshore projects and proven ability to coordinate civil, structural, mechanical, piping, E&I and related works with offshore teams and contractors.

ADNOC Offshore experience is advantageous. The position involves leadership of multi-discipline teams, strict safety, schedule and budget

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
Proven capability to lead onshore construction teams.
Experience with PMC/EPC projects preferred.

Responsibilities

Covers onshore island/coastal facilities, fabrication and construction yards, shore approaches, logistics interfaces, and marine-access works supporting offshore execution.
Lead and manage all onshore island/coastal construction activities for offshore project.
Provide construction leadership for civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation and related works.
Ensure construction is safe, efficient, within approved drawings, on schedule and within budget, coordinating with offshore, marine, logistics, commissioning and operations teams.
Lead construction execution for assigned onshore island works and develop construction execution strategy.
Establish work fronts and construction sequences and ensure adequate manpower, equipment, materials and subcontractor resources.
