Job summary

STAR SERVICES LLC is seeking a Sr. Offshore Construction Engineer (Marine and Subsea) in the UAE/KSA region. The role requires a Mechanical, Civil, or Naval Engineering degree and a minimum of 6 years in offshore construction.

Strong negotiation and decision-making skills are essential for coordinating complex jacket, topside, and subsea activities. The successful candidate will work under the Offshore Construction Manager, coordinating multiple projects, and ensuring safe, efficient execution

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Naval preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of offshore construction experience.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor activities during project phases.
• Assist and lead the Construction Engineer on assigned tasks.
• Report to Offshore Construction Manager / Sr. Offshore Construction Manager.
• Experience with jacket installation, topside, cables and pipeline activities is preferred.
