Penspen Ltd invites applications for a Sr. Construction Engineer - Completion/ICAPs for offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi.

The role focuses on coordinating construction completion, ICAPS data and turnover to pre-commissioning and operations, covering Wellhead Towers, subsea cables and piping. It requires strong interface management across Construction, Completion, Commissioning, QA/QC, Engineering and Operations, with extensive offshore experience and a track record of leading completion

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
20+ years in offshore oil & gas projects, with 5–8+ years in relevant offshore work.
Experience with Wellhead Towers (WHTs), subsea cables, piping and brownfield mods.
Proven ability to manage construction completion, systemization, punch-list, and handover.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage construction completion, system completion, punch-list management, ICAPS data and turnover activities for offshore facilities.
Lead completion activities for offshore areas and systems; establish completion priorities.
Coordinate completion using ICAPS or equivalent systems; ensure records are accurate and up-to-date.
Act as key interface between Construction, Completion, Commissioning, QA/QC, Engineering, Operations and subcontractors.
