Job summary

Nagarro in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Node.js Engineer with 7-8 years of coding experience in NodeJS, JavaScript, and databases. You will build scalable Restful APIs in TypeScript, work with GraphQL, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines in a microservices architecture.

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and API gateways (3Scale) is essential. Strong testing approach with Playwright/Cucumber/Appium/Selenium and knowledge of JWT/OAuth for secure access is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-8 years of coding experience in NodeJS, JavaScript and Databases.
• At least 1 year hands-on in TypeScript.
• Experience in Automation Testing Techniques and Tools (Playwright, Cucumber, Appium, Selenium).
• Developing scalable and highly-available RESTful APIs using NodeJS.
• Knowledge of GraphQL and CI/CD principles.
• Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and API gateway integrations (3Scale).
• Understanding of authentication (JWT, OAuth) and push queues (Kafka).
• Experience in Banking/Fintech is preferred; Agile environment
• Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership abilities.

Job Description :

• Experience - Minimum 7-8 years of coding experience in NodeJS JavaScript and Databases.
• At least 1 year hands-on in TypeScript . -.
• Experience in Automation Testing Techniques and Tools e.g. Playwright / Cucumber / Appium/ Selenium
• Hands on experience in performance tuning debugging monitoring
• Technical Skills - Excellent knowledge developing scalable and highly-available Restful APIs using NodeJS technologies
• Practical experience with GraphQL.
• Well versed with CI/CD principles and actively involved in solving troubleshooting issues in distributed services ecosystem
• Understanding of containerization experienced in Dockers Kubernetes.
• Exposed to API gateway integrations like 3Scale.
• Understanding of Single-Sign-on or token based authentication (Rest JWT oAuth)
• Possess expert knowledge of task/message queues include but not limited to: AWS Microsoft Azure Pushpin and Kafka Functional Skills
• Experience in following best Coding Security Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices
• Experience in Banking Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred
• Experience in Agile methodology.
• Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization.
