Job summary

Yokogawa Electric Corporation in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Network Security Specialist to oversee cybersecurity for industrial automation and control systems. You will assess risks, implement hardening measures, and coordinate with field operations during commissioning to ensure uptime.

The role requires a degree in engineering and 5–10 years' experience in maintenance/startup of control systems, with DCS/ESD/SCADA exposure in Oil/Gas or Petrochemicals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, preferably in Control Systems, Instrumentation or Electrical/Electronics.
• 5–10 years in maintenance/startup of control systems, with DCS/ESD/SCADA experience.
• Oil, Gas or Petrochemical exposure and field instruments knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site network and cybersecurity support for process control systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Yokogawa products, including hardware and software upgrades.
• Lead on-site activities and coordinate with customers during FAT/SAT and commissioning.
• Submit weekly reports to Service management and coordinate resolution of system-level issues.
• Support service department activities as assigned by Department Management.
