Etihad Airways is seeking an experienced Network Operations Centre leader to oversee daily operations at the Abu Dhabi hub, guiding key decisions and managing incidents with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

You will coordinate across Ground, Catering, Cargo, ADA, ATC and ADNOC, ensure compliance with the Safety Management System and company procedures, and act as the main escalation point for stakeholders within the NOC.

Formación

• Educated to degree level.
• 8 years airline operations experience, with 3 years in a supervisory capacity.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily Network Operations Centre activities and key decisions.
• Ensure compliance with Safety Management System and GCAA regulations.
• Act as escalation point for stakeholders in the Network Operations Centre.
• Publish daily operational risk briefings and event logs.
