Job summary

Confidential Company in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Wireless Network Engineer to design, deploy, and manage enterprise wireless networks. You will oversee Cisco WLC platforms, perform site surveys with Ekahau, and implement robust security including WPA2/WPA3 and 802.1X.

Required are 5+ years in enterprise wireless networking, strong RF engineering knowledge, and experience with NAC solutions like Cisco ISE or Aruba ClearPass.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, CE, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on enterprise wireless networking experience.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco WLC, Catalyst 9800, Cisco Access Points, RF engineering, and wireless standards.
• Experience with wireless site surveys, Ekahau, and NAC solutions such as Cisco ISE or Aruba ClearPass.
• Good troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise wireless networks and Cisco Access Points.

• Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity using network management tools.
• Lead wireless upgrades, migrations, and implementation projects.
• Maintain network documentation and coordinate with vendors and IT teams.
