Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Network Security professional to join our Abu Dhabi team. You will work on enterprise security infrastructure, coordinating with Network, NOC, SOC and application teams to implement robust security controls across firewalls, WAFs, and data protection solutions.

The ideal candidate brings 7-12+ years of experience, CCIE Security and vendor certifications, and strong incident investigation capabilities.

Qualifications

• <p>7-12+ years of relevant Network Security experience.</p>
• <p>Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.</p>
• <p>CCIE Security and relevant vendor certifications such as Palo Alto, Check Point, F5 or CompTIA Security+ are preferred.</p>
• <p>Good understanding of ITIL Incident, Change and Problem Management processes.</p>

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Network, NOC, SOC and Application teams to implement security controls.
• Lead security incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Maintain and optimize enterprise security infrastructure and processes.

Job description

• Strong hands-on experience withPalo Alto and Check Point Firewalls.

• Experience withF5 Load Balancer / WAF.

• Experience withPacket Brokersolutions such as Gigamon or equivalent.

• Hands-on experience withEDR and NDRtechnologies.

• Experience withTrellixsecurity solutions.

• Strong experience withPAM (Privileged Access Management)solutions.

• Experience withMFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)solutions.

• Experience with NXFW, WAF and enterprise security infrastructure.

• Exposure toEncryptors and HSMtechnologies is preferred.

• Knowledge/experience withSIEM and SOARplatforms.

• Strong experience in security incident investigation, troubleshooting, mitigation and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

• Good understanding of networking protocols, security architecture and network security technologies.

• Experience working with Network, NOC, SOC and Application teams.

• Private/AI Cloud Security experience will be an advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile
