Job summary

EFS Facilities Services Group (EFS) seeks a Senior Multi-Skilled Technician with hands-on experience across Fire Alarm, Central Battery Systems, Emergency Lighting and Fire Fighting Systems to lead frontline maintenance across UAE sites.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, testing, troubleshooting and repair, supervise technicians, coordinate work, and ensure compliance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Fire & Safety Engineering or equivalent.
• 5-8 years of experience in maintenance of life safety systems.
• Minimum 2 years in a Senior Technician or Team Lead role.
• Proven experience in Fire Alarm, CBS / Emergency Lighting, and Fire Fighting Systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, leadership, reporting, CAFM, customer coordination, and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and maintenance of addressable and conventional fire alarm systems.
• Inspect, test, maintain, and repair Central Battery Systems, emergency lighting systems, battery chargers, inverters, luminaires, and associated equipment.
• Maintain and test fire pumps, sprinkler systems, hydrants, hose reels, deluge systems, foam systems, wet and dry risers, and clean agent systems.
• Lead technicians, assign daily maintenance activities, provide technical guidance, and monitor work completion.
• Prepare and review maintenance reports, testing records, deficiency reports, CAFM updates, and compliance records.

At EFS Facilities Services, we are looking for a Senior Multi-Skilled Technician with strong hands-on experience across Fire Alarm, Central Battery Systems, Emergency Lighting, and Fire Fighting Systems. This is a senior frontline role for a technician who can handle multiple life safety systems, guide teams, and support reliable service delivery across UAE sites.

Role Overview

The Senior Multi-Skilled Technician will perform and lead preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of Fire Alarm Systems, CBS, Emergency Lighting Systems, and Fire Fighting Systems. The role also includes supervising technicians, coordinating work, and supporting compliance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
