Job summary

EFS Facilities Services Group (EFS) is seeking a Senior Fire Fighting Technician in the UAE to lead maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of firefighting systems across facilities. You will supervise technicians, guide juniors, and ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, support inspections, interpret drawings, and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/Fire & Safety or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in fire protection system maintenance.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or senior technician role.
• Strong exposure to fire pump maintenance and testing activities.
• Ability to read fire protection drawings and maintain technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of firefighting systems across facilities.
• Supervise technicians, allocate work, and guide junior staff.
• Conduct weekly and annual inspections and support authority inspections.
• Prepare and review technical reports, CAFM updates, and compliance docs.
