Job summary

alkalma Healthcare is seeking a experienced Network and Security Architect to implement and manage the organisation’s network and multi-cloud infrastructure across all sites. You will oversee firewalls, switching, Wi‑Fi, VPNs, cloud security, and NAC, while coordinating with the SOC and security audits to ensure robust protection.

Responsibilities include managing Aruba, Fortinet, and Cisco Meraki ecosystems, implementing 802.1X, and supporting telephony, identity controls, and vulnerability

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience spanning network infrastructure, network security, and cloud security.
• Hands-on experience with HPE, Fortinet, and Cisco, including switching, firewalls, and enterprise Wi‑Fi.
• Practical experience implementing, administering, and troubleshooting NAC solutions.
• Strong Azure security expertise and practical experience securing additional cloud platforms.
• Working knowledge of IP telephony, VoIP, SIP, and voice-network troubleshooting.
• Experience with SOC coordination, incident response, vulnerability management, and security audit support.
• Healthcare-sector experience is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage network infrastructure, security, and cloud security across sites.
• Administer NAC including 802.1X, RADIUS, and guest access.
• Coordinate with SOC for monitoring, incident response, and remediation.
• Support audits against DoH, DHA, and ADHICS requirements.
• Oversee firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, and high availability.
• Maintain diagrams, inventories, and vendor escalations.
