Job summary

Caliberly in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Senior MT5 Trade Support expert to manage day-to-day MT5 trading operations, ensure execution accuracy, and maintain platform stability in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with dealing, risk, IT, and client teams to resolve issues, monitor liquidity feeds, and support onboarding of new instruments. A strong background in Forex/ CFDs and 5–8+ years in MT5 trade support is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, Business, or related field.
5–8+ years of MT5 trade support or dealing operations.
Hands-on MT5 server, admin tools, and trade lifecycle experience.
Solid knowledge of Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices and trading mechanics.
Experience with liquidity providers and brokers.

Responsibilities

Monitor live MT5 activity to ensure accurate trade execution and system stability.
Resolve trade issues including order execution, pricing discrepancies, and latency.
Investigate and resolve client trade complaints with dealing, risk, and tech teams.
Monitor servers, bridges, liquidity feeds, and execution quality.
Coordinate with IT and providers for timely issue resolution.
Prepare daily reports on trade activity and platform performance.
Support onboarding of new instruments and account configurations.
