Job summary

Meraki Talent in Dubai seeks an experienced Senior Dealing & Risk Operations Specialist to join a growing multi-asset trading business. This hands-on role covers day-to-day trade execution, exposure management, liquidity, LP connectivity, A/B-book management and operations across CFD products.

You will work with dealing, risk and trading operations teams, monitoring exposure, managing execution quality, maintaining a controlled trading environment, and mentoring junior dealers to uphold high

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience within Forex, CFD dealing or trade operations, ideally within a regulated brokerage.
• Hands-on dealing and risk operations across multi-asset CFD products.
• Strong understanding of A/B-book models and hedging strategies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client flow, positions and Net Open Positions across FX and multi-asset CFD products.
• Manage exposure within internal risk limits and monitor liquidity.
• Monitor A/B-book performance and hedge as required.
• Identify and manage toxic flow, latency arbitrage and trading risks.
• Monitor execution quality including spreads, slippage, latency and rejected trades.
• Provide dealing support and real-time pricing where required.
• Mentor junior dealers and support desk processes and standards.
• Coordinate MT5 Admin and bridge infrastructure maintenance.

Senior Dealing & Risk Operations Specialist

Location: Dubai, UAE

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Dealing & Risk Operations Specialist to join a growing multi-asset trading business in Dubai.

This is a hands-on dealing and risk role, covering day-to-day trade execution, exposure management, liquidity and LP connectivity, A/B-book management and trade operations across a range of CFD products.

You will be working closely with the wider dealing, risk and trading operations teams, with responsibility for monitoring exposure, managing execution quality and ensuring the trading environment remains efficient and well controlled.

The role will also involve mentoring junior and mid-level dealers and helping to maintain high standards across the dealing desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor client flow, positions and Net Open Positions across FX and multi-asset CFD products.
• Manage exposure within agreed internal risk limits.
• Monitor and optimise A/B-book performance and execute hedging strategies where required.
• Identify and manage toxic flow, latency arbitrage and other trading risks.
• Monitor execution quality, including spreads, slippage, latency and rejected trades.
• Provide dealing support and real-time pricing where required.
• Handle complex trade execution queries and escalations.
• Manage and maintain MT5 Admin and bridge infrastructure.
• Work across platforms including YourBourse, FxCubic, PrimeXM and Centroid.
• Support LP onboarding, connectivity, testing and pre-go-live checks.
• Monitor LP performance, liquidity and credit limits.
• Maintain instruments, trading sessions, holiday schedules and swap rates.
• Manage index dividend adjustments and futures contract rollovers and expiries.
• Reconcile positions and balances between client accounts, internal coverage/clearing accounts and LPs.
• Ensure trades are accurately booked and recorded.
• Produce shift-end dealing and trading reports.
• Monitor P&L, exposure and key execution metrics.
• Provide accurate reporting to senior management.
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level dealers.
• Help develop dealing desk processes and standards.
• Provide guidance around execution, exposure management and risk.
• Act as a senior point of escalation for the dealing team.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years' experience within Forex, CFD dealing or trade operations, ideally within a regulated brokerage.
• Strong understanding of multi-asset CFD trading and dealing.
• Hands-on experience with MT5 Admin and bridge technology.
• Experience with one or more of YourBourse, FxCubic, PrimeXM, Centroid or oneZero.
• Strong understanding of A/B-book models, hedging, exposure management and LP execution.
• Good understanding of trade reconciliation, P&L and dealing operations.
• Experience with SQL and/or Python for trading, flow or data analysis would be advantageous.
• Previous experience mentoring or supporting junior/mid-level dealers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working within a 24-hour rotating shift environment, including nights and weekends.
