Qualifications

• 5-7 years MS SQL DBA experience required.
• Experience in high-availability production environments.
• Willingness for on-call and shift support.

Responsibilities

• Administer SQL Server (2016/2019/2022) environments.
• Manage AlwaysOn, clustering, replication, and HA/DR setups.
• Handle backups, restores, and disaster recovery validation.
• Perform performance tuning and query optimization.
• Resolve incidents like blocking, deadlocks, and outages.
• Implement database security (encryption, access control, auditing).
• Support patching, upgrades, migrations, and DR drills.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance readiness.
• Provide 24x7 on-call production support.
