• Extensive mortgage documentation experience.
• Ability to review and verify complex mortgage files.
• Experience maintaining compliant documentation records.
• Knowledge of regulatory and lender documentation standards.
• Familiarity with contract and security documentation.

Responsabilités

• Manage preparation, review, verification, processing, and maintenance of mortgage documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure files are complete, accurate, consistent, and compliant with standards.
• Review mortgage applications and supporting documents before underwriting or completion.
• Coordinate with applicants, brokers, underwriters, and internal teams to obtain outstanding documentation.
• Maintain records of requests, outstanding requirements, and completion status.
• Verify that forms, declarations, disclosures, and schedules are properly completed.
• Escalate complex issues to management and drive timely resolutions.
• Support mortgage processing from submission through disbursement and completion.
