Job summary

YoBridge is seeking experienced UAE Mortgage Consultants to join a fast-growing Dubai-based team. You will manage applications, advise on products and financing options across multiple UAE lenders, and build lasting relationships with agencies, developers and referral partners.

Leverage an uncapped commission structure, ongoing training, and marketing support as you drive revenue and a high-performance client experience in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Consultant within the UAE.
• Demonstrable track record of generating revenue and achieving sales targets.
• Established network of estate agents, developers, brokers or professional introducers.
• Knowledge of UAE mortgage market and regulatory processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion, delivering a seamless client experience.
• Build and develop relationships with real estate agencies, developers, introducers and referral partners across the UAE.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and proactive business development.

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Consultant within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of the UAE property and mortgage market.
• Demonstrable track record of generating revenue and achieving sales targets.
• Established network of estate agents, developers, brokers or professional introducers.
• Commercially minded with excellent business development skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of CBUAE regulations, Al Etihad Credit Bureau and Dubai Land Department (DLD) processes.
• Self-motivated, ambitious and comfortable working in a high-performance environment.
