Job summary

YoBridge Mortgage, a Dubai-based mortgage brokerage, is growing and seeks ambitious Mortgage Advisors to help scale the business. This early-stage team offers direct access to the founder and the chance to build your own client book.

You will originate your own deals, nurture relationships with real estate agents, advise on mortgage products, and manage cases end-to-end from inquiry to disbursement, focusing on strong monthly performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of mortgage advisory or brokerage experience.
• Your own network of real estate agents and introducers.
• A track record of personally originating and completing mortgage cases.
• Solid knowledge of mortgage products and lenders, and the judgment to guide clients through complex cases.
• Confident, clear communication and a natural ability to build relationships.
• A positive, self-driven attitude and comfort with a target-based role.

About YoBridge Mortgage

YoBridge Mortgage is a young Dubai mortgage brokerage, founded in 2026 by Samson Watulatsu and backed by investment firm Hamilton Bradshaw. The founding team is already writing business, and we are adding five Mortgage Advisors to scale into 2027. This is an early-stage team. You will help shape how the brokerage grows, with direct access to the founder and room to build your own book.

The role

This is a revenue-generating advisory role: you build your own business through client relationships and real estate agent networks. Company-generated leads are a supplement, not the main source of your pipeline. Your first 90 days are for building pipeline. From month four, you are expected to deliver steady monthly loan disbursements, typically in the range of AED 8–10 million per month depending on your salary level.
