Job summary

Penspen Limited in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Engineer, Project-MOC to oversee change management for EPCM projects. The role focuses on controlling, documenting, and coordinating modifications across engineering, procurement, and construction activities.

The candidate must hold an engineering degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical and bring 10+ years of mega oil and gas processing project experience, including 3-5 years in MOC for EPCM, with ADNOC exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical.
• 10+ years in mega oil & gas processing projects.
• 10+ years in oil & gas construction with 3–5 years in MOC for EPCM projects.
• ADNOC experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage, control, and document changes to EPC projects.
• Liaise between engineering disciplines, contractors, and clients including ADNOC.
• Oversee technical submittal reviews, contractor claims management and site inspections.
