Job summary

Penspen Limited in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Engineer, Project-MOC to oversee change management for EPCM projects. The role focuses on controlling, documenting, and coordinating modifications across engineering, procurement, and construction activities.

The candidate must hold an engineering degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical and bring 10+ years of mega oil and gas processing project experience, including 3-5 years in MOC for EPCM, with ADNOC exposure a plus.

Qualifications

Penspen is looking for an Engineer, Project-MOC for one of the PMC projects in Abu Dhabi. He will be responsible for managing, controlling, and documenting changes to engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects

Qualification Required

• An Engineering Degree in Civil /Mechanical/Electrical from a recognized University.

Experience Required

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in which 10 years should be in the MEGA oil and gas processing projects
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in oil & gas construction, with 3-5 years specializing in MOC for EPCM projects.
• Liaising between engineering disciplines, contractors, and clients (such as ADNOC) to secure necessary approvals.
• Experience in technical submittal reviews, contractor claims management, and site inspections
• ADNOC experience is an added advantage.
