Job summary

Client of Pink Camel is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead mobile phone sourcing for an electronics wholesale business in Dubai. You will build regional supplier relationships, negotiate favourable terms, and ensure a steady supply of devices to support sales growth.

The ideal candidate has established mobile phone supplier networks across Asia, deep market knowledge, and a proven track record in bulk procurement in a fast-paced trading environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mobile phone procurement, ideally within wholesale, bulk trading, distribution or consumer electronics.
• Strong knowledge of the mobile phone market including brands, models, pricing and trends.
• Established network of mobile phone suppliers across Asia.
• Experience sourcing devices in bulk and negotiating commercial terms.
• Understanding of international sourcing and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and source mobile phones in bulk from manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers.
• Develop and maintain supplier network across Asia and key sourcing markets.
• Monitor trends, pricing, availability and launches to identify opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, payments, margins and delivery terms with suppliers.
• Build long-term supplier relationships and identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Ensure quality, authenticity and condition of devices including new and refurbished stock.
• Manage procurement to meet stock and sales demand.
• Assess supplier reliability, pricing, quality and delivery performance.
• Collaborate with sales to align purchasing with demand and business goals.
• Improve procurement processes to reduce costs and maximise profitability.
