Job summary

Freesia Electromechanical Works, the MEP division of Azizi Developments, is based in Dubai and delivers HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems across Azizi’s developments. The role focuses on ensuring mechanical installations meet project specs, local UAE regulations, and international QA/QC standards from design through commissioning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
7–10 years of mechanical QA/QC experience in UAE.
Experience in high-rise residential or mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities

Inspection & Quality Control: perform day-to-day site inspections for HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems; review and sign off on WIRs.
Material Approvals & Audits: inspect incoming mechanical materials and equipment on site, verifying against MIRs and specs.
Non-Conformance & Corrective Action: issue NCRs and SORs; monitor corrective actions until close-out.
Testing & Commissioning Audit: witness and verify pressure tests, hydro-tests, duct leakage tests, and TAB prior to handover.
Quality Documentation: review Method Statements, ITPs, and Material Submittals; maintain QA/QC logs and handover docs.
