Job summary

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy is seeking a QA/QC Mechanical Engineer for high-rise MEP projects in Dubai. You will inspect, document, and verify mechanical installations, ensuring compliance with project specs and authority requirements.

Requirements include a Mechanical Engineering degree and 5 years of QA/QC experience on MEP high-rise projects in the UAE, with UAE authority procedures familiarity and strong QA/QC documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 5 years of dedicated QA/QC experience on MEP high-rise projects in Dubai/UAE.
• Familiarity with UAE authority procedures, codes, and approval systems.
• Experience on at least 2 full-cycle mechanical MEP projects from start to handover.
• Proficient in QA/QC documentation, ISO standards, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA/QC inspections of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
• Review method statements, submittals, shop drawings; ensure works meet specs.
• Generate and manage IRs, NCRs, and quality records.
• Coordinate snag closure with consultants, main contractors, and project teams.
• Supervise pressure testing, flushing, chlorination, and commissioning.
• Support authority inspections (DCD, DM, DEWA) and compliance.
• Prepare handover files and O&M manuals.
