Job summary

Dubai Limited Investment LLC is seeking an experienced MEP Project Planner to develop and maintain detailed schedules for major construction programs in Dubai. The role requires aligning MEP activities with overall project milestones and coordinating with design and construction teams on site.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's in engineering and at least five years in MEP planning, with PMP/LEED desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering is essential.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP planning and project management on large-scale construction.
• Professional certifications like PMP or LEED are highly desirable.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing subcontractors on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed MEP project schedules aligned with overall timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors to integrate MEP systems into design.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for potential delays.
• Monitor and report progress, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.
