KEO Group is seeking a skilled MEP Inspector for our Ras Al Khaimah, UAE project. The role focuses on on-site supervision of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across construction phases, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and project specs.

The ideal candidate has 7 years of experience and a degree in Electrical Engineering, with prior UAE infrastructure project exposure. We value safety, collaboration, and delivering quality outcomes on complex designs.

Qualifications

• 7 years of work experience in electrical/MEP fields.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience on infrastructure projects in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the design, coordination, and implementation of MEP systems for construction projects.
• Ensuring compliance with local codes, standards, regulations, and project specifications.
• Reviewing and approving MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
• Conducting regular site inspections to monitor the progress of MEP works and safety standards.
• Inspecting and testing MEP installations at various stages of construction to verify functionality and design intent.
• Investigating and resolving MEP-related issues, clashes, or defects with contractors and stakeholders.
• Preparing and maintaining detailed records of MEP inspections, testing results, approvals, and non-conformance reports.
• Ensuring all MEP activities on site are executed safely through procedures and inspections.
• Providing technical support and guidance to project teams on MEP matters, including drawings interpretation.
