Job summary

Enova by Veolia is seeking a seasoned Facilities Maintenance Engineer to manage the operations of a diverse portfolio in the UAE. The role focuses on electrical, mechanical, and MEP systems, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

You will lead planned and reactive maintenance, monitor KPIs, and optimize energy use while maintaining strong relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants. UAE-experience required; FMP or IOSH preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required.
• 6-8 years' experience in technical maintenance with exposure to Facilities Management.
• UAE Experience (Minimum 3 Years in UAE) mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular site inspections of Hard and Specialist services and ensure documents are in place.
• Organize and track preventive and reactive maintenance with service providers.
• Monitor specialist systems and ensure SLA/KPI delivery.
• Plan and review day-to-day maintenance of all MEP systems.
• Investigate complaints and coordinate with FM, landlord, and tenants.
