Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in estimating MEP projects HVAC, plumbing & fire‑fighting.
• Hands-on experience in PlanSwift and estimation of fit‑out and new projects.
• Knowledge of HVAC Design and Carrier HAP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project HVAC, plumbing & fire‑fighting scope summary and estimate activities.
• Coordinate with Estimation Manager and other engineers for precise bill of quantities.
• Prepare accurate bill of quantities for all related materials and resources.
