Job summary

Waagner Biro Bridge Services in Dubai seeks a detail-oriented and experienced MEP Draftsman to join our team. You will prepare accurate MEP drawings, coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 10 years in MEP drafting and coordination, with strong AutoCAD and Revit skills and knowledge of industry standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in MEP drafting and coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit and other MEP drafting software.
• Understanding of MEP systems, drafting standards, and design coordination processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Coordinate with architects, structural and MEP engineers to integrate building services into the design.
• Conduct site visits to collect field measurements and verify conditions for drawings.
• Revise and update drawings based on client comments and project modifications.
• Assist in the preparation of technical submissions and support project teams.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, timely, and comply with standards.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders for smooth coordination.
