Job summary

INVICTUS ENGINEERING SERVICES in Dubai is seeking a Mechanical Draftsman to support HVAC, Plumbing and electromechanical design projects. The candidate will draft detailed drawings, coordinate with electrical, structural and architectural teams, and ensure compliance with local codes for high-rise, villas and commercial developments in the UAE.

Ideal applicants hold a Diploma/BE in Mechanical Engineering with 7–10 years UAE design consultancy experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP and

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in UAE in a Design Consultancy / MEP Design Office.
• Strong portfolio of High-Rise, Villas, Commercial Projects in UAE is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for Plumbing Drainage systems as per Dubai Municipality DEWA SEWA ADDC DCD regulations.
• Proficient in Design drafting CHW Drainage Water Supply Ventilation Smoke Management and Schematic Diagrams.
• Perform detailed drawings using AutoCAD Revit MEP - 3D modeling and BIM Coordination is mandatory.
• Coordinate with Electrical Structural Architectural teams for design development.
• Prepare BOQ load calculations support and technical documentation.
• Must be capable of handling projects independently from Concept to Authority Approval.
