Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking an Experienced MEP Design Manager in Dubai to lead the design development of all MEP systems for HSR infrastructure, including stations, depots, tunnels, and viaduct facilities. You will coordinate with civil, structural, architectural, rail systems and utilities to ensure full integration and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience; GCC experience preferred
• Experience leading multidiscipline MEP design teams
• Ability to coordinate with civil, structural, architectural, rail systems and utilities

Responsibilities

• Lead design development of all MEP systems for complex infrastructure and buildings
• Coordinate MEP designs with civil, structural, architectural, rail systems and utilities
• Review and approve design submissions, drawings, specifications, and shop drawings
• Ensure compliance with project specs, international rail standards, UAE authority regulations and safety requirements
• Support construction by resolving design issues, RFIs and ensuring testing and commissioning of MEP systems
