Job summary

Black Pearl Consult in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced MEP Coordinator (Civil) to oversee MEP activities across the lifecycle of infrastructure and civil projects. You will coordinate with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire protection teams, review drawings, monitor site progress and ensure compliance with ADM, DM, Civil Defense and UAE MEP standards.

8+ years UAE experience required; strong communication and on-site coordination skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years UAE experience in MEP coordination for civil projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and fire protection.
• Excellent communication and on-site coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP works including installation layouts, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Ensure integration between MEP, civil, structural, and architectural teams.
• Review drawings, monitor site progress, and ensure timely execution.
• Ensure compliance with ADM, DM, Civil Defense, and UAE MEP standards.
• Support project manager in resolving technical clashes and ensuring quality delivery.
