Job summary

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP Coordinator in the UAE or GCC.

• Must have practical experience in MEP site coordination and drawing review.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple MEP activities and resolve technical issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all MEP services (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm) on site.
• Review and coordinate MEP shop drawings with architectural and structural drawings.
• Identify and resolve clashes between MEP services and civil/structural elements.
• Coordinate with Draftsmen, BIM Modelers, Site Engineers, QA/QC Engineers and Project Managers.
• Review HVAC ducting, piping, drainage, cable trays and layouts.
• Ensure routing, installation clearances, ceiling coordination, and equipment accessibility.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify MEP installation against approved drawings.
• Attend coordination meetings with consultants, main contractors and subcontractors.
• Review technical submissions, material submittals, RFIs and method statements.
