Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical engineering with attested certificate.
• Minimum 10 years experience in the MEP construction industry and minimum 4 years experience as MEP construction manager in a large scale project.
• Experience in project management, control and planning aligned with the program of work.
• Ability to lead and organize the project team and distribute tasks effectively.
• Experience coordinating between MEP disciplines and managing within budget and timeline.
• Strong communication with main contractor, consultant and client; good communication skills.
• Experience achieving targets for staff costs, materials and labor within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MEP construction activities on a Dubai project.
• Coordinate between MEP disciplines and ensure alignment with project program.
• Lead and manage the project team, distribute tasks, and monitor performance.
• Attend meetings with main contractor, consultants and client to resolve issues.
