Job summary

Azizi Group in Dubai seeks an experienced MEP Construction Manager to plan, coordinate and lead all MEP construction activities across projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and compliant with drawings, specs and safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 12-18 years in MEP, including 5+ years in a managerial capacity. Responsibilities cover coordination with PMs and contractors, QA/QC and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 12-18 years of experience in MEP construction with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical and ELV systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all MEP construction activities from mobilization to handover.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure MEP works are executed as per approved shop drawings, method statements and project specifications.
• Monitor construction progress, manpower, materials and productivity.
• Resolve site coordination issues between MEP and civil/architectural works.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and HSE regulations.
• Review and monitor testing, commissioning, snagging and handover activities.
• Support planning, cost control and variation management related to MEP works.
• Prepare progress reports and attend client/consultant meetings.
