Job summary

Omnicom Media MENA in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior Planning Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive media plans across TV, print, radio, outdoor, online and emerging channels.

You will analyze market trends, collaborate with clients and internal teams, manage timelines, mentor junior staff, and drive growth through data-driven strategies and strong vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Providing high standard and quality service to our clients in understanding their requirements and needs.
• Work with the team to create media plans that integrate all aspects of media: TV, Print, Radio, Outdoor, Interactive, and Emerging Technologies.
• Devising both online and offline media strategies fulfilling client/brief objectives.
• Developing and managing Media budgets.
• Liaising with the Investment team to ensure that buying commitments are achieved.
• Responsibility for supervision and line management of junior team members of the planning team.
• Providing recommendations and analysis on targeting, geography, scheduling, support level, and budget.
• Executing campaigns on a timely basis and prepare campaign summary and analysis.
• Maintaining media schedules and tracking the placement of broadcast, print, internet, and OOH buys to ensure the accuracy of emerging media opportunities and incorporate them into media plans.
• Maintaining communication/integration with multiple agency partners (creative, account, web, promotions, media buying, research)
• Managing relationships with vendors.
