Job summary

Duncan & Ross Consulting seeks a Senior Mechanical & Rotating Engineer to provide engineering support for Oil & Gas and Marine Onshore projects in the GCC, with emphasis on FEED and deliverables. You will review designs, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and support procurement and constructability efforts.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in senior mechanical roles, GCC/O&G experience, and familiarity with EPC/PMC environments in the UAE.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years in a senior Mechanical/Rotating Engineering position.
GCC Oil & Gas and Marine Onshore project experience.
Experience with EPC/Engineering/PMC firms, UAE preferred.
FEED experience and ability to review engineering deliverables.
Experience coordinating consultants, contractors, vendors and suppliers.
Strong reporting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good knowledge of O&G engineering codes and standards.

Responsibilities

Provide mechanical and rotating equipment engineering support across FEED and project phases.
Review design documents, specifications and datasheets for mechanical Equipment.
Coordinate with other disciplines and project stakeholders.
Support procurement with vendor technical clarifications.
Assist in constructability reviews and construction readiness.
Manage engineering changes and interfaces among teams.
Prepare technical reports and project deliverables.
Ensure compliance with specs, standards, quality and schedules.
Support management to achieve project objectives.
