Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks a seasoned Mechanical/Building Services Engineer with 12+ years of experience for project leadership in the UAE. You will manage a portfolio of building services projects, lead multidisciplinary teams, and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Experience in the Middle East is highly preferred. You will contribute to interviews, proposals, and presentations while ensuring QA and HSE compliance across all projects.

Qualifications

• Qualified engineer in Mechanical/Building Services with 12+ years experience.
• Master's degree or Chartered status is a plus.
• Middle East project experience highly preferred.
• Ambassador for the company; build relationships with clients, architects and stakeholders.
• Contribute to project interviews, proposals, and presentations.
• Project Manager responsible for portfolio of projects; reports to Associate Director/Director.
• On complex projects may act as primary client contact under senior supervision.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams; ensure delivery, profitability and quality.
• Understand QA, HSE, and regulatory requirements; mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Project delivery and customer satisfaction; ensure profitability and cash flow.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver client solutions; provide technical guidance.
• Present to clients; contribute to proposals; support fee negotiations.
• Plan and manage resources; construct project teams; manage timelines and deliverables.
• Liaise with clients, design teams, contractors and authorities.
• Ensure QA policies, HSE compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Guide and mentor team members; support training and development.
