Qualifications

Qualified graduate engineer in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering with minimum 12 years of experience.
Masters Degree/Chartered Engineering status is a plus.
Experience in Middle East projects will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of jobs as Project Manager in conjunction with a project director or Associate Director on major/complex projects.
Be able to motivate and lead professional teams to deliver client solutions.
Present to clients, prepare client/project proposals for agreement with a Director, negotiate fee proposals where possible.
Liaise with client/design team/contractor/authorities and ensure QA & HSE compliance.
Hold regular team meetings; manage day-to-day work, resources, and team profitability.
Contribute to strategic direction of the business and development of company procedures.
